A: Follow these procedures:

  1. Call the Police you will need an accident report.
  2. Call your Insurance Company and Report the Accident
  3. Call Mastertech at 302-832-1660 to get an estimate
  4. Mastertech will schedule and handle the claim.


Q: Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

A:
No appointment is necessary.

Q: My Insurance Company wrote an estimate, now what?

A:
Bring a copy of the estimate to Mastertech and our estimator will make any necessary adjustments.


Q: My vehicle needs to be towed, who should I call?

A: Call Mastertech 302-832-1660 and we will have our tow company pick your car up.


Q: My vehicle is at a tow yard, now what?

A: Call Mastertech 302-832-1660, we will need a police release for the vehicle, tow yard information and we will have our tow company pick your car up.


Q: I need a rental car, who should I call?

A: Call Mastertech 302-832-1660 and make your appointment to have your vehicle towed or repaired and Mastertech will set up the rental car for you.


Q: How do I pay for my repairs?

A: We except all major credit cards, personal checks, bank checks and cash.


Q: Do I need to clean my vehicle before the repairs or estimate?

A: No, it is not necessary for you to clean your vehicle; however we will clean your vehicle as part of the repair process.


Q: When will my vehicle be ready to pick up?

A: Our staff will call you when your vehicle is ready for delivery.


Q: What do I do with my rental car?

A: Leave it at our facility and we will take care of it for you. Notify the rental car agency that you will be leaving it at Mastertech.


Q:
What do I do if I have a problem with the repairs?

A: Call Mastertech immediately and we will as soon as possible have your problem diagnoised and fixed.


Q: What happens if my vehicle is a total loss?

A: You will need to come to Mastertech and clean out your personal belongings and bring any keys you may have for the vehicle. Your Insurance Company will have the vehicle moved to their total loss yard.
